Condo TOP Radar is run by Goh Jun De, Delvin (CEA Reg. No. R064703J), a salesperson with PROPNEX REALTY PTE. LTD. (CEA Licence No. L3008022J). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the service is

Condo TOP Radar shows Singapore private condominiums that are about to reach, or have recently reached, TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit), with past transaction prices and other public information. It is free to use.

Information only, not advice

TOP dates are derived from public URA project pipeline and transaction data, not official records from BCA or developers. Estimates can be off by a year or more. Confirm with the developer before making any decision.

Prices shown are past transactions as published by URA. They are not valuations, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or rent any property, or financial, legal or tax advice. Unit mixes, completion dates and nearby amenities come from developers, listing sites and government data, and may be incomplete or out of date. Check with the developer, the relevant authority or a professional before making any decision.

Your account

• You sign in with your own Google account, and you must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens while you are signed in.
• You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, or close the service, with or without notice.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download the site's data or photos, by automated means or otherwise
• try to access accounts, pages or data that aren't yours
• interfere with the site, overload it or get around its security
• use the site for anything unlawful

Data sources and ownership

Transaction, rental and pipeline data come from the Urban Redevelopment Authority. Maps come from OneMap (Singapore Land Authority). Station and school data come from LTA and MOE via data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence. Project photos are shown from Google Maps and belong to their authors. The site's own design, text and code belong to its operator.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its information, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
