Privacy Policy

Condo TOP Radar is run by Goh Jun De, Delvin (CEA Reg. No. R064703J), a salesperson with PROPNEX REALTY PTE. LTD. (CEA Licence No. L3008022J). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What you can do without an account

The map, project pages, filters and watchlist work without signing in. Your chosen district, filters and watchlist are stored only in your browser on your device. We don't receive them.

What we collect when you sign in

When you sign in with Google, Google shares the following with us, and we store it:

• your name, email address and profile photo link
• a Google account identifier, so we recognise you next time

We also record:

• when you created your account, when you last signed in and how many times you have signed in
• that you agreed to these terms and this policy, which version, and when, and whether you agreed to receive email updates, with the wording you agreed to and the date

We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask Google for access to your contacts, calendar, files or anything else in your Google account.

Why we use it

• to create and run your account, and keep you signed in
• to keep a record of the consent you gave, as the PDPA requires
• only if you ticked the optional box: to email you about condominiums reaching TOP and related property services

We do not sell your personal data.

Email updates and withdrawing consent

Email updates are optional and off unless you tick the box when signing in. You can turn them off at any time on your account page, and every email we send will tell you how to stop them. Turning them off doesn't affect your account. We only contact you by email, and never by phone call, SMS or messaging app unless you contact us first.

Who can see your data

• The agent named above, through a private admin page that only approved accounts can open.
• The agent's agency, where needed for its regulatory and compliance duties under the Estate Agents Act.
• Service providers that run the site for us and process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), our database provider (Neon, through Vercel) and Google (sign-in). They may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law.

Other services the site uses

Map tiles load from OneMap (Singapore Land Authority), and project photos load from Google Maps. Your browser contacts those services directly, so they see your IP address under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Cookies

We use two cookies, both needed for signing in, and no advertising or tracking cookies:

• ctr_session keeps you signed in for up to 30 days
• ctr_oauth protects the sign-in step with Google and expires after 10 minutes

How long we keep it

We keep your account until you delete it, or until we close the service. When you delete your account, we remove your details and consent history from our database straight away. Copies in our providers' backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself on your account page. You can also ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used in the past year, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at WhatsApp Goh Jun De, Delvin. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Sign-in cookies are signed and can't be read by page scripts. Only approved accounts can open the admin page. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission where the PDPA requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.
